DO-IT 2009

Welcome to the Dayton Ohio Invitational Tournament (DO-IT) website!  DO-IT is always held during Halloween weekend in odd years, so 2009 is our year!  Our tournament will be held October 30 - November 1, 2009.

We’ve got some exciting changes this year:

Ø We have a new host hotel, the Crowne Plaza Dayton with the same rate as 2007 - $89/night.  Parking is free!  The hotel is even closer to the local bars than the one we used in 2007, and it’s also where we’ll be holding the banquet.

Ø Registration will be held at Club Aquarius.

Ø We’re accepting email submission of entry forms and average verification documents.

Some interesting facts about the bowlers in DO-IT 2007:

Ø 33% were locals and 67% were from out of town.

Ø 21% were women.

Ø 23% were re-rated because their tournament average was higher than their league final average from the previous year.

Ø The lowest entering average was 101; the highest was 226.
